  • Something in your life changed unexpectedly and you are having difficulty adjusting to the change

  • You are looking to make a big change in how you do life and you want to approach it thoughtfully

If this is you or someone you love, you are not alone. Read on below to find out more about how you and Dr. Kristin may be able to work together.

A Note From Dr. Kristin:

I’m so glad you’re here. Life transitions are inevitable and have the potential to shake up everything you know up to that point: who you are, your relationships, what you want, how you approach life. From my personal experience and my work, I believe it’s even more complicated as you are learning who you are, engaging in relationships with those you value, and doing what you think is important. Together we can create a safe space to do the work of understanding what’s important to you, where you are, and where you are going, with the goal of using that understanding as a foundation for navigating this transition in your life intentionally. If you believe that your life could be improved by supportive, change-focused therapy, let’s move through this together. Click the link below and schedule a consultation call to begin the journey!
